A major problem with traditional acoustic materials is they need to be mounted on a surface such as a wall. Often this is not practical due to the room layout, an unaccommodating landlord, or simply the room is not permanent studio.

Freeport opens the door to great sound without having to permanently affix the panels to the wall by way of a freestanding acoustical panel system. Freeport is made of the same high-quality open cell acoustic foam that has made Primacoustic the fastest growing acoustic company on the planet! The foam panels are mounted on a backing panel and the lot is mounted on a full PVC frame that is both rugged and easy to assemble or take apart.

Because Freeport is large (24" x 48") and stands almost 6ft high, you can create an intimate listening stage that cuts out standing waves and primary reflections, the two most offensive problems in any room. The large size also allows Freeport to be used as a studio gobo to reduce spill from other instruments.
