1.1 Scope - Provide and install CuttingWedge™ acoustic foam panels as indicated.

1.2 Description - Acoustical product shall be (2") (3") (4") (6") thick.

1.3 Qualifications/Conditions - Panels shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

1.4 Delivery and Storage - Acoustical product shall be stored in dry and clean shelter providing protection from damage and exposure to the elements.

Part 2: Product

A. Absorber panels - CuttingWedge™ acoustic foam shall be a (2") (3") (4") (6") thick flame retardant polyester polyurethane foam with a linear wedge configuration on the face of tile. Tiles shall be 2 PCF flame retardant foam with colors of charcoal, blue or tan Standard sizes of (12" x 12") (24" x 48") (48" x 48") (24" x 96").

B. Mounting Method - Tiles to be attached to wall with construction adhesive or as recommended by manufacturer.

C. Flame Spread - Tiles shall be tested by an approved independent laboratory. ASTM E84-87 Flame spread index shall be 45, smoke index shall be 465.

D. Sound Absorption - Tiles shall have a minimum NRC of .70 for 2" thickness, .80 for 3" thickness, .95 for 4" thickness and 1.0 for 6" thickness.
